SHIPPING

Please allow up to 5 days for your order to ship. Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail and generally arrive 2-3 days after shipping. After an order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed for your convenience. 

At this time, Emily Cooper Pottery is only able to ship orders within the United States.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Items may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of order. Full refunds minus shipping costs may be given upon receipt of a returned item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, packaging and insurance. Items must be received back in their original condition. 

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact me immediately via the form on my contact page. I will work with you to replace the item if possible or apply a refund. Photos of the damaged items may be requested.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR PIECES

All Emily Cooper Pottery pieces are food safe. Due to the delicate nature of handmade ceramics, pieces may break even with normal use. All pieces are made to be durable, but please use care.

A few tips for care:

- All pieces are dishwasher safe
- Avoid sudden temperature changes, as they may cause cracks
- Never use pottery on a stovetop or open flame
- Harsh scrub pads or brushes may scratch the surface of the glaze
